✓ Every generator supplied by Links Energies is brand new with zero operating hours on delivery and carries a full Mikano manufacturer warranty. We are committed to resolving any genuine product issues quickly and professionally.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of capital equipment, Links Energies operates a limited return policy. Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis and accepted only under the following conditions:

2. Defective Products

All Mikano generators supplied by Links Energies carry a manufacturer warranty covering defects in material and workmanship:

Warranty is valid when the generator is commissioned by an authorised Mikano representative and maintained according to manufacturer instructions. Any defect claim must be reported to Links Energies within the warranty period and will be assessed by an authorised Mikano service engineer.

3. Return Window

Any claim for a return or defect must be reported to Links Energies within 7 days of delivery for delivery discrepancies, or within the warranty period for manufacturing defects. Claims reported after 7 days for delivery discrepancies will not be accepted.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or warranty claim contact Links Energies on WhatsApp at 07061425382 with the following information:

— Your full name and delivery address
— The generator model and serial number
— Date of delivery
— A clear description of the issue
— Photographs or video evidence of the defect or discrepancy

Links Energies will respond within 24 hours and coordinate an inspection by an authorised Mikano representative where applicable.

5. Return Costs

Where a return is accepted due to a delivery discrepancy or confirmed manufacturing defect, Links Energies will cover the cost of collection and resolution. The buyer is not responsible for return shipping costs on accepted claims.

6. Exchanges

Links Energies does not offer exchanges on generators that have been delivered and commissioned. If you ordered the incorrect size please contact us on WhatsApp before delivery is completed to discuss your options.
